CANCELLATION POLICY

If you're unable to attend a booked session, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before studio and gym bookings, or less than 12 hours before hotel facility bookings, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Missed Class Fee: Failure to cancel within the specified times above and missing a booking will also result in no refund being issued.

Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our partners. For many of our partners, filling each spot is critical not only for their business but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.

Exceptional Cases & Partner Notification


In certain exceptional cases, a refund may be issued to the customer even if the cancellation falls within the non-refundable period. Such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may include unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or technical errors.

In the event of an exceptional refund, Classtap will notify the affected partner within 2 business days before processing the refund. During this time, the partner may raise any concerns or objections, which will be reviewed by Classtap to ensure a mutual resolution that benefits both the customer and the partner.
